- Apple has always made better software and hardware and they are finally getting a little more than cult respect. I've only used Macs until I was forced into using a IBM thinkpad running windows XP for school and I miss the Mac.

- That is B.S. and those countries should know better. Apple is in no way violating any law here in the U.S. where the bulk of its consumers live so there is no way they will change their policy and lose potentially a lot of money on future iPod sales.

- I second that... Cheap iPod knock-offs will never gain real market share which is why Apple is such a lifestyle brand because they're ahead of the curve constantly, they're progressive, where as Toshiba and Microsoft wait for the next big thing to come out and then make a cheaper one.

Everywhere in the country High school football is starting official practices again, heading off to camps, and putting on the pads after a long off-season filled with weight lifting and running.
